She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John York; her daughter Judy Ann; her parents, George R. Dean and Lena M. Dean; her siblings, George R. Dean Jr., Olive M. Branch, Lawrence B. Dean, Chelsie R. Stoddard and Clarence E. Dean; her son George John York (Valerie C. Wies); and her grandchildren, Michael J. York, Melinda S. Keaton (Kevin) and Meredith A. Miller (Jacob). She was also cherished by great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in her memory to Flanders Baptist and Community Church 162 Boston Post Road, East Lyme CT 06333.
