He is survived by: his close friend Linda Ann Freestone; his sons, Scott (Renae), Greg (Leslie) of Pleasant Grove, Robb (Angela) of Mapleton and Bert (Katie) of Vernal; his grandchild Hawaiian; and his sisters, LaRae and Betty. He is also survived by his wife, children, family, and friends.
