She was predeceased by: her parents, Heber Wayne and Marilyn Rosamond Snow Holt; her brothers, Courtney Wayne Holt and Stanford Kim Holt; and her father-in-law Willard Max Pedersen.

She is survived by: her brothers, Kent Holt, Kevin Holt and Klayton Holt; and her children, Courtney Douglas Pedersen of Vernal, Adam Ryan Pedersen (Jamie) of Wellington Colorado, Cynthia Mattinson (Rodney) of Vernal, Lisa Hall (David) of Puerto Rico, Charles Fredrick Pedersen (Danyel) of Lapoint and Stephanie Davis of Vernal. She is also survived by her husband, 6 children, 19 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, three brothers and mother-in-law.
