He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Tolbert and Hildred Tolbert; his brothers, Clark Tolbert and Ray Tolbert; and his grandson Jacen Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Tolbert; and his children, Teri Weimer, Jason Tolbert (Molly), Heidi VanHouten (Chris), Jerrad Tolbert (Codie), Jamie Nielson (Branton) and Sarah Anderson (Clayton). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
