She was predeceased by: her daughter Emma Rae; her parents, Audrey Young and Ned Forest Young; and her stepbrother Donald Young. She is survived by: her husband Noel Glenn Spencer; and her children, Glenn Erek (Bobbi Jean), LaDonna Maree (Eric Mitch Christensen), Jared Young (Julene), H. Brandon (Trina D.) and Joseph Andrew (Melissa). She is also survived by her mother and grandparents at her grandparents.

Her mother had developed Alzheimer's disease and eventually died in Maureen's arms.
