He is survived by: his mother Betty Simer of Kennett; his children, Kyle Winston Whaley of Vernal and Roni Ricketts of Holcomb; and his sisters, Melodie Whaley of Jonesboro and Arkansas Sherry Powell of Fordland. He is also survived by Other relatives and friends.
