She was predeceased by: her father Joseph H. Ball; her husband Harold Oaks; her grandson Stuart Bond; her siblings, Cleve, Robert (Bob), Logan, Owen, Franklin Ball (Butch), Alice Holmes and Jaton Fennell; and her mother Vera E. Knotts Ball.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Elam Oaks (Annie), Rick Oaks (Delaine) and Judy Kale (David); and her siblings, Daniel Ball, Doris Hanson, Nelda Stout (Tennessee) and Linda Luttrell. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
