She was predeceased by: her parents, George Starkey and Pearl Ann Rodrick Starkey; her siblings, Mike Starkey, Chris Hardinger and Tommy Starkey; and her father-in-law Ray Summarell.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas Terry Summarell; her son Allen Lee Summarell (Lori); her grandchildren, Shantelle Keller (Levi), Kerrie Draney (Dale), Corissa Summarell (Jay), Belinda Summarell (Ryan), Zacharias Summarell and Alyvia Summarell; her siblings, Joe, George Starkey and Alice Hardinger (Gary Brough); her mother-in-law JoeAnn Summarell; and her siblings-in-law, Joe (Terry), Lynn Summarell (Reta), Cindy Moore (Dave) and Lisa Jensen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
