He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John Robert, Charman Labrum Justice and Ruby Edith Austin Gale. He is survived by: his significant other Julie Heather Barlow of Vernal, UT; his stepson Gregory Ryan Mann of Vernal, UT; his parents, Wayne Justice and Kim Justice of Roosevelt, UT; his brothers, Michael Wayne (Jackie), David R (Kara) and Daniel Justice (Barlow) of Vernal, UT; his parents-in-law, Doug and Melinda Barlow of Vernal, UT; and his sisters, Lori (Farnsworth), Jerry (Barlow), Carrie (Long) and Heather (Barlow). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
