He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Chivers and Angela Zager Chivers; his wife Carol Koch of La Cross, Wisconsin.; and his brother Kenny. He is survived by: his former wife Joyce A. Fowers of Orem, Utah.; his son Lee; and his stepchildren, Rita Hellegers (David) and Samuel. He is also survived by two children and family in Florida, relatives in Wisconsin, friends and relatives.
