She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Mullinax; her son Rick; her parents, James and Genelle; her siblings, Jerry, Pat and Peggy (Miller); and her son-in-law Darryl Griggs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy (Lambert) of Vernal, Vicky (Robbins) of Vernal and Rhonda (Griggs) of Vernal; her siblings, Ramona (Harrell), Janine (Paintin), Jack and Jim; her daughter-in-law Janet; her friend Donna Rose of Parkersburg; and her pet Dexter. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
