He is survived by: his wife Katherine Oaks (Jean); his children, Terry Lynn Hadlock (Shanna) of Vernal, Lane Hadlock (Chris) of Vernal, Todd Hadlock (Debbie) of Vernal, Holly Morton (Rick) of Vernal and Stacy Hadlock of Vernal; and his sister Sharon Hacking.
