She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Warburton and Maybell Hansen Warburton; her siblings, Betha Warburton, Vern Warburton and Laird Warburton; her spouse Tad Borden Merkley; her daughter Marlayne Merkley; her granddaughter Jodene Merkley Perez; and her great great grandchild Ryker Hayes Thacker. She is also survived by five grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
