He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gordon Rasmussen and Barbara Ellen Jenkins; and his siblings, Donna Anchor and David Rasmussen. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Wiley; his stepson Tom Cowie of Delta, UT; his daughters, Marianne Hoyt (Stewart) of Corey, PA, April Colburn (Mark) of Jamestown, NY and Lara Kravet (Micheal) of Fruitland, UT; and his siblings, Joan Pearce, Earlene Sadleir and Paul Rasmussen. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
