He is survived by: his wife Kelly Wagner; his children, Jeff (Shiloh) of Pennsylvania, Jon (Courtney) of Vernal, Jennifer Spruell (Val) of Vernal and Jordan of Vernal; his mother-in-law Carol Warner; his grandchildren, Shaylee, Riley, Cayden, Cheyenne, Caleigh, Jaydon, Melinda, Brinli, Chelsey, Elsie, Kilton and Nile; his great grandchildren, Murayah and Liam; his brothers, Stan, Dennis and Roger; his father-in-law Rod Warner; and also, Raymond J. White, Jennifer White, Tarry, Stephanie, Hunter and Ty.
