She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hadley and May Willson Hadley; her siblings, Rod, Ronnie Hadley and Ruth Reed; her parents-in-law, Donald B Smith and Ida Jackson; and her grandsons, Christopher and Kyler Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Smith; her children, Sheila Bird (Kent) of Myton, Allen Smith of Myton, Alesha Melton (Randy) of Myton and Joshua Smith (Mandy) of Myton; and her siblings, Connie Warden (Al), Brent Hadley (Elena) and Carol Wilson (Brent). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
