He is survived by: his children, Nile Mathisen (Annette), Marla Fellows (Shane), Wendell "Evan" Mathisen (Christy) and Brenda Cook (Stacey); and his siblings, Virginia Hall, Willard Mathisen (Judy), Gwen Penfield (Jim) and Blondell Bingham.
