He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Henry Ortega and Mary Servara Chacon; his wife Lorelei Ortega; his siblings, Joe Ortega, Mary Ortega and Malinda Chaffin; his children, Louie Miller, Andrea Stevenson and Kimberly Robertson; his grandchildren, Sinjin Miller, Chism Miller, Declund Stevenson, Desmond Stevenson, Damin Stevenson, Stacia Ortega, Antonio Ortega, Paige Robertson and LilyOilin Robertson; and his great grandchildren, Carter Miller and Colton Miller. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
