He is survived by: his son Dakota Slaugh (Rachael); his grandchildren, Cashton, Avi of Ballard, UT., Peyton and Haley of Benbrook; his friend Lynn Thompson of Vernal, UT.; his mother Dorothy Slaugh; his siblings, Tami Merkley (Vernon) and Shane Slaugh (Becka); and his siblings' children, Brett, Clayton, Raquel and Makyla.
