It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luana Allen (Washington Terrace, Utah), born in Price, Utah, who passed away on January 27, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Carlos Otterstrom and LaVina Shiner Otterstrom; her children, Annette DeHart (Keith) of Millville, Larry Allen (Michele) of Roy, Nancy Russell (Jim) of Roy and Roger Allen (Julie) of Clinton; her husband Dwaine; and her sister Marilyn. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren and great-grandsons.
