He is survived by: his former spouses, Mary Ann Grimshaw and Shirleen Richardson; his wife Sandy; his children, Shelly Jacobson (Craig), Tina Terry-Treadwell, Kristin and Lacey Richardson; his stepchildren, Denise Haynes (Sean) and Randy Hull (Krystal); and his siblings, Ondrea Turnbeaugh of St. George, Alma Elmon Terry (Jolene) of Payson and Julie Hurst of St. George, Utah.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
