She was predeceased by: her parents, Clell Sorensen and Clephan Scroggin; and also Max Scroggin. She is survived by: her husband Val Herbert; and her children, Valene Villanueva (Art) and Trent Herbert (Karen). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
