He was predeceased by: his sister Ronna Lynn Cook Aste. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Eastman (Chad); and his siblings, Keith (Penni), John (Jil), Jeff and Tahne Lee Naylor (William). He is also survived by his wife and children, sons.
