She was predeceased by : her parents, Bryan Peirsol and Nettie Peirsol (Doramus); and her siblings, Homer Peirsol (Marie), Gene Peirsol, Robert Peirsol (Virginia), Velma Riddle (Larry), Velda Reynor (Richard) and Erma Whitten (Paul).

She is survived by : her husband Robert Warren; her brother George Peirsol (Linda); her sons, Mark Warren (Milyn) and Russell Warren (Mary); her grandchildren, Christian, Conner, Caleb, Colton, Catelyn and Alex; and her great grandchildren, Aiden and Thomas.

An interment service will be held at a future date to be determined in coordination with the University of Utah's body donation program.
