He is survived by: his wife Kelly Ann Blatnick; his sons, Ricky (Carlee) and Kevin Jr. (Shelly); his daughter-in-law Whitney; his grandchildren, Dallon, Zarron, Nixxon, Kaydence, Maddison and Evalynne; his pets, Hailey and Hazel; and his siblings, David, Richard, Scott, Guy, Debbie, Sherry and Tammy.
