With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Luaitaua Sila (West Valley City, Utah), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2025 at the age of 82. In the vast expanse of eternity, Luaitaua shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Luaitaua farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Segia (Paulo), Situi and Maxine (Kevin); and her grandchildren, Lanu (Mike), Christopher (Yas), Jeremiah, Asolupe, Austin, David, Kevin and Chancellor.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (3970 S 5200 W, West Valley City, UT 84120). A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Crescent Sandy Cemetery (11105 S State St, Sandy, UT 84070).
