He is survived by: his friend Denean Jan Harding; his wife Denean; his children, Mitchell (Challis), Mikayla (Russell), Kelsey (Jordan) and Shontel (Dasha); his grandson Taeley; his parents, Richard Fowler and Cindy Fowler; his siblings, Shelle (Matt), Dustin (Amanda), Cassie (Jared), Clinton (Ashley), Brandi and Brittany (Tonni); and also, Zoey, Eisen, Aubryn, Aurora, Tyann, Natalie and Terry Mosteller (Kristen).
