He was predeceased by: his brother Travis Ellsworth. He is survived by: his parents, Richard K. Eccleston and Judy Peterson Ellsworth Eccleston; his siblings, Troy Ellsworth, Ron Eccleston, Derek Ellsworth (Wendy) and Nicole Eccleston Nelson (Jared); and his stepmother Pam Ellsworth.
