With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lynna Rue Shafer in Woods Cross, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 20, 2025 at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Marion and Genavieve Bundy; her siblings, Chester Lamar Bundy (June), Owen LaVoyd Bundy (Anna Lou), Kay Argwen Bundy, Eddie Marion Bundy, Ila May Hughes Blake (Jimmie Hughes), Nina Vee Hughes (Alfred) and JoEtta Witwer; her brother-in-law Willard Andrus; and her siblings, Lavieve, Arlene, Wayne J., Tine C, Ramona and Weeta.
She is survived by: her husband Michael John Shafer; her children, Ronda Lynn Beveridge, Gayla Dawn Anderson, Ginger Cooley (Peter), Heather Kay Horspool, Holli Lynn Larsen (Bruce), Heidi Viola Shafer, Hope Martinez (Charles), Hayley Wolff, Gaylen Brett Anderson (Tammy), Michael Paul Shafer (Bobbi) and Matthew Wayne Shafer (Mandy); her siblings, Bonnie McAlister (Allen), CloElla Polatis (Dan) and Mark E. Bundy (Leslie); her siblings-in-law, Norma Jean Bundy, Connie Bundy and Steve Witwer; and her great grandchild Nefeterie Lynn Nunley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
