He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Hope Schnetz; and his children, Pamela Hope Edler (Chris) of Port Townsend, Washington, Loretta Lee Mikolyski (Mark) of Durant, Oklahoma, Deborah Elissa Lewis of Palm Springs, California and Ralph Edward Lewis of Heber, Utah. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
