As Coy Wilford departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Coy Wilford. Though Coy Wilford may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Wilford Martin Sr. and Eula Williams Martin; his daughter Kara Elizabeth Martin; and his pet Kodie. He is survived by: his daughter Heather LeeAnne Ensor (Michael Lee Ensor) of Longs; and his sisters, Alice Coe of Lebanon, Virginia and Shirley Duncan of Elbert. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, as well as step-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Frost Funeral Home Chapel (250 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
