She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenneth Cicero Price and Nettie Edith Pope Price; her former husband Terry Henry; and her siblings, Billy Price, Zola Price, Gracie Merritt, Shirley Hurd, Eileen Norris and Bonnie Jones.
She is survived by: her husband William Edward "Billy" Shaffer; her daughter Edie Henry; her siblings, Jimmy Price (Linda), Allen Price (Beth) and Peggy Wright (William) of Abingdon; and her stepchildren, Mark Shaffer and Jackie Jackson of Bristol, Tenn.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Highland Chapel (19644 Spoon Gap Rd, Abingdon, VA 24211). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
