He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Doris Davisson; his child Chuck Davisson; his sibling Wilma Ihndris (Ray); and his grandchildren, Erin and Evan Davisson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Greyhound Pets of America – Northern Virginia.
