He was predeceased by : his parents, Emmett J. Welch and Cynthia V. Welch (Carroll). He is survived by : his wife Debbie; and his brother Donald of Clearwater. He is also survived by nieces and cousins.
He was also known to give out pins with aliens on them wearing surgical masks to protect against Covid.
