She was predeceased by : her parent Lydia Leete; her grandparents, Sallie Bryant Jenkins and Moses Jenkins; her son Myles Ashton Simon; her nephew Tobias Jalen Morgan; and her uncle Carl Vernon Jenkins.
She is survived by : her daughter Sydney Simon of Alexandria, VA; her parent Lynda Leete of Portsmouth, VA; her sister Joy Morgan Thomas (Tobey) of Greenville, NC; her aunts, Angela Jenkins of Chesapeake, VA, Joelle Angel of Portsmouth, VA and Sharon Clark (David) of Suffolk, VA; her nephew Brandyn Morgan (Cleeander) of King George, VA; her cousins, Anisa Cooper Conway (Neal) of Columbia, MD, Ramon Whitfield (Shameika) of Portsmouth, VA, Shadae Clark of Suffolk, VA and Alicia Clark of Chesapeake, VA; and her former life partner Frederick Simon. She is also survived by her family, and host of friends, sorority sisters.
