As Raivo departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Raivo may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Raivo leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Norma Ann Vest; his children, Karl Vest (Rachel) and Erika Topping (C. Grayson); and his grandchildren, Grayson, Jackson, Isabelle, Coralynn and Daphne.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jefferson Funeral Chapel (5755 Castlewellan Dr, Alexandria, VA 22315). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (5952 Franconia Rd, Franconia, VA 22310). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Memorial Gardens (5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206).
