She is survived by: her husband Johnny Arzadon; her children, Reynaldo Arzadon (Exie), Quirino "Jun" Arzadon Jr. (Patricia), Jhett Epp (Franz) and Dr. Joseph Arzadon (Cathy); her grandchildren, Matthew Arzadon (Sarah), Yolanda Elias (Joseph), Zachary Arzadon (Kimberly), Dr. Ashley Arzadon (Ashley), Rachel Arzadon (Zachary), Dr. Jasmine Arzadon, Alexander Epp, Jonathan Epp, Christopher Arzadon, Robbie Arzadon and Lauren Arzadon; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Amelia Elias, Nathan, Jacob Arzadon, Sophia and Mason Arzadon; her sisters, Norma Dumadag and Corazon Perez; and her daughter Lourdes.
