It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Mae Epperson Lloyd of Amelia Court House, Virginia, who passed away on December 13, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Woodrow Epperson and Nellie Mae Elder Epperson; her husband Jessie Lloyd; her daughter Vicky Anderson; her grandson Brian Anderson; and her siblings, Billy Epperson, Aubrey Epperson, Louise Edmonds and Martha Pollard.
She is survived by: her children, Warren Anderson (Sandra) of Brookneal, Keith Anderson of Brookneal, Charlotte, Bill Brownson of North Chesterfield, Loretta Wilson of Brookneal, Rebecca Anderson, Sam Bowles of Amelia, Vanessa Isaacs, Ron Elms of Gladys, Curtis Anderson, Angie Presho of Nathalie, Arny Lloyd of South Boston and David Lloyd of South Boston; and her grandchildren, Warren, Robert, Morgan Anderson (Warren), Devin Anderson (Keith), Ricky Rehmann, David O'Shea (Vicky), Danielle Anderson, Laura Proakis (Charlotte), Chris Bell, Derrick, Steven Wilson (Loretta), Winferd Francis (Rebecca), John, Stephen Isaacs (Vanessa), Jonathon and Storm Anderson (Curtis). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and many beloved relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service (304 Lusardi Dr, Brookneal, VA 24528). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at the Wickliffe Cemetery (307 W Williams St, Brookneal, VA 24528).
