He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joyce Long Osborne and Walter Mack Osborne; his family Timothy; his daughters, Isabella and Susan; his sister Sandra Vandermark; his aunt Joyce; and his brother Walter.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Union Baptist Church (22110 Genito Rd, Amelia Court House, VA 23002). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
