He is survived by : his wife Debra Smith; his mother Patricia Fore; his children, Tiffany Franklin of Appomattox, William Smith of St. Louis, MO and Michael Baker of Amherst; his siblings, Ronald Smith (Renie) of Rustburg, Rayna Low of Chicago, IL, Robert Smith of Tennessee and Raymie Miller of Delaware; and his granddaughter Lauren Franklin.
