She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Edward Baars and Mary Pearl Camden Baars; her stepchildren, Ronnie Kennon and Laverne K. Taylor; and her siblings, Virginia Goin, Rosa Hunt, Edna B. Drewry Webber, Ruth Gibbs and Ed Baars.
She is survived by: her children, Clarence Ray Kennon and Clara Belle Adkins (Calvin); her stepsons, Calvin Kennon and James Kennon; her grandchildren, Jerry Adkins (Wanda), Wendy Watson (John), Craig Adkins (Ruby) and Dennis Ray Goff; and her sister Shirley Huddleston. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Robinson Funeral Home (667 Court St, Appomattox, VA 24522). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
