She is survived by: her husband Don Cox; her daughter Kristen Cox (Erin Loyd) of Deary; her siblings, Janie (George French), Bill Sanford, Doug (Julie Sanford) and Chris Sanford; and her brother-in-law Mike Pauley.
Elaine's family suggests that any donations in memory of Elaine be made to the American Brain Tumor Association, the Colonial Beach Baptist Church, the Colonial Beach Volunteer Fire Department, or any 4-H Program of your choice.
