He is survived by : his wife Julia Waller; his children, Bobby Anderson, Calvin Waller, Jerry Waller (Debbie), Rodney Waller (Lily), Carolyn Green, Joanne Waller, Jackie Banks (James), Wanda Waller and Stacey Roberts (Jeremie); and his brother Stewart Johnson (Naomi).

Mervin Lee Waller, Sr. went to be with the Lord July 4, 2020 after a long and difficult battle with Alzheimer's.
