He was predeceased by : his mother Ann Tillman of Ruther Glen, Virginia.; his wife Stephanie Tillman; his father Samuel C. Tillman; his brothers, Samuel F. Tillman and Kenneth Dabney; his nephew Rodriques Mills; and his brother-in-law Lorenzo Latney.
He is survived by : his daughter Tracie (Jonathan); his siblings, Josiah Hunt and Charlotte; his mother-in-law Joyce Latney; and his godchildren, Cassandra Latney and Alexis Dabney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
