It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Buddie Ray Rogers (Axton, Virginia), who passed away on June 14, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Louise Rogers; his son Michael Ray Rogers (Christy) of Walnut Cove, N. C.; his grandchildren, Justin and Nicole; and his siblings, Sherleen Payne and James (Tempie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Buddie to the Martinsville Henry County SPCA, 132 Joseph Martin Hwy, Martinsville, VA 24112.
