He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Draper and Catherine Peters Draper Brown; his wife Vesteen Watkins Draper; and his daughter Denise Harris. He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Hairston of Westerville, OH, Yvonne Foddrell of Stuart, VA, Selma Millner (Maurice) of Martinsville, VA, Connie Clark (Douglas) of Martinsville, VA, Leon Draper (Katrina) of Martinsville, VA, Don Draper of Martinsville, VA and Dennis Draper of Martinsville, VA; and his brother Herman Draper of Martinsville, VA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
