She was predeceased by: her parents, Cody Romey Roark and Bell Roark; her husband Harry Dalton; and her children, Betty Jean Dalton and James Ray Dalton, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Clyde Dalton, Harold Dalton, Ruth Kiely and Bobbie L. Quesenberry; her sister Louise Phillips; and her grandson Jimmy Dalton. She is also survived by many other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
