It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Easley (Axton, Virginia), who passed away on January 7, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Easley and Olda Easley; and his siblings, Claude Easley, James Easley (Nick), Herbert Easley, Harold Easley, Earl Easley, Elaine Lowman, Cecile Pittman, Clementra Watkins, Earline Nunnally and Joyce Easley.

He is survived by: his close friend Mindy Counts; his sons, Edwin of Jacksonville, FL and Tas of Winston Salem, NC; his brother Roy Easley of Yorktown; his sisters-in-law, Bernice Easley of Yorktown, VA and Barbara Easley of Axton, VA; and his sister Wilma Easley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends.
