She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Eugene Wishon and Ocie Bryant Wishon; her husband Rev. Junior Clifton Minter; and her sons, Wendell Eugene Minter and Keith Rodrick Minter.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Linda Minter; her sister Florence W. Boothe; her granddaughters, Misty Scofield (Jim), Katie Baird (Jason), Crystal Balderas and Savannah Minter; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Scofield of Nate Baird, P. J, Balderas, Caroline Baird and Dominic Santos.
