He is survived by: his partner Shellie Bowling; his stepsons, Jeremy Massey of Bassett, VA and Michael Bowling (Kate) of Apex, NC; his siblings, Ben Minter (Wanda) of Fayetteville, NC, Bonnie Minter of Axton, VA and Donna Mason (Tom) of Martinsville, VA.; his pet Sookie; and his brothers, Glenwood Thomas Minter, Jr., Danny Ray Minter, Steve Edward Minter and Kenneth Wade Minter. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, friends.
Due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, the family encourages all with a desire to attend to consider personal health as a first priority.
